Categorized Risks
We actively track and blacklist verified scammers, leakers, and raiders to prevent them from hopping between communities to commit further malicious actions.
The ToS Category
We feature an "Other Reasons" category specifically for reports that void the Discord Terms of Service (ToS) and pose a severe threat. We screen these reports carefully.
Strict Criteria
Not all ToS violations end up on the blacklist. We do not accept lesser offences, such as swearing or trash-talk. We focus only on serious, damaging actions.

These are the official rules regarding the Central Blacklist. Please read them carefully, as violations will result in strict enforcement across all affiliated platforms.
⚖️ Enforcement Policy
We believe in fair moderation. Depending on the severity of the rule break, staff will issue a Timeout, Kick, or Ban.
By being part of this community, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action and, in extreme cases, addition to the Central Blacklist.

Discord TOS All users must adhere to the Discord Terms of Service. Any action that violates these terms may result in a blacklist.

No Discrimination We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination. Racism, sexism, hate speech, or harassment based on orientation or religion is strictly prohibited.

Respect Towards Staff Respect our staff members at all times. Harassment, insults, or threats directed at the team will not be tolerated.

No Alt Accounts Attempting to bypass a punishment or a ban using an alternative account is strictly forbidden.

No Leaking or Doxxing Sharing, distributing, or threatening to release the personal information (doxxing) of any individual is a severe offense.

No Voice Changers The use of voice changers in voice channels to annoy others, disrupt conversations, or conceal your identity is not allowed.

No Spamming Flooding text channels with repetitive messages or disrupting voice channels with excessive noise is prohibited.

- Reports Queue We follow a strict queue. The person who submitted before you is helped first.
- Objections (Appeals) Submit in the objections channel #objections. You must include screenshot proof. Pleading "I won't do it again" does not help.
- Wait Time Appeals are reviewed by Report Supervisors+. The Central Blacklist team is busy, so expect delays, though you might get lucky!

What is CBAlert?
In gaming and trading communities, bad actors often jump from one server to another to continue scamming, raiding, or leaking private files. CBAlert solves this problem by maintaining a centralized, staff-curated database of these individuals.
When a server joins the CBAlert network, it gains access to real-time alerts whenever a known offender enters their community, allowing staff to act immediately and prevent damage.

For Server Members: Vetting & Searching Players
Any member in a protected community can verify a player's history before initiating transactions, trading items, or sharing files.
Step 1: Get the Player's Discord User ID
Ensure Developer Mode is active on Discord to capture user IDs:
- Go to Discord Settings > Advanced and toggle on Developer Mode.
- Right-click the player's avatar or username and select Copy User ID.
Step 2: Run the /search Command
Use the /search command followed by the User ID in your Discord server. CBAlert will query the database and return a warning card if the account has active blacklist records, or a confirmation message if the account is clean.
How the Blacklist System Works
Our database operates under strict guidelines and multi-phase verification to ensure validity and prevent malicious false reports:
- 1. Submission: A community member submits a report in the designated User Reports or Server Reports forums in the main server, attaching clear screenshot/video proof of the offence.
- 2. Review: Report Team staff inspect the evidence, cross-check user IDs, and apply appropriate infraction tags (Leaker, Scammer, Raider, etc.) to the forum thread.
- 3. Global Sync: CBAlert detects the approved thread and tags, indexes the entry in the global cloud database, and dispatches warnings to all connected Discord communities instantly.
Terms of Service
Official Terms of Service for CBAlert Bot
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, adding, or interacting with the CBAlert bot in any Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the bot from your server.
2. Abuse and Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to exploit, modify, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot's features or database. In particular, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming & Flooding: Sending excessive, rapid requests to the bot commands is forbidden.
- DDoS Actions: Attempting to DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) or spam the bot or its infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in a block.
3. Enforcement & Access Blocks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CBAlert at our sole discretion. Violating any part of these terms, including spamming or attempting to DDoS the bot, will result in an immediate block. Enforcement may occur at the **server level** (blocking the entire guild from using the bot) or the **user level** (blocking individual Discord accounts from bot commands).
4. Disclaimer & Limitations
CBAlert is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain accurate blacklist indexes, we are not responsible for moderation decisions made by server administrators using our alert logs.

Official Privacy Policy for CBAlert Bot
1. Data Collection
To function as an effective community defense network, CBAlert collects and stores necessary operational data. This includes:
- Server Settings: Guild IDs, configured alert channels, staff bypass role IDs, and alert notification preferences.
- User Interactions: User IDs and interaction logs when executing bot commands (e.g. setups or lookups).
- Database Records: Moderation records, including blacklist evidence logs, offense categories (scamming, leaking, raiding), and target user IDs submitted by staff.
2. Blacklist Removal & Data Retention
While individuals may appeal and request to be removed from the active blacklist database through our official server objection channels, other operational configurations—such as server settings, bot logs, and guild parameters—cannot be removed upon request, as they are required to maintain the bot's core functionality and network security.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share collected server details or command logs with third-party advertising companies. Data is purely utilized to propagate real-time security warnings to verified communities in the network.
